Welcome to 2025, it is January 1st, and on this 101st episode, we wanna bring something new and fresh to you all. So for the next 10 episodes, we're going to be sharing a quote, we're going to be reading some scripture to you, we're gonna be providing you encouragement, and we're gonna close it off with a wonderful challenge.That's a great way, and we're gonna do this for an extended period of time to help you really enjoy the start of a new year. Who doesn't need a little bit of scripture? Who doesn't need encouragement to know how much God is for you as you're starting this? And this is the kind of thing that you can do with your family. You and your children, you and your spouse can participate, and you could even actually listen to each, the same episode each day of the week until the following episode, because it's so good and so simple, you're going to feel the benefit of it.It's simple, but it's profound, right? You're gonna get a chance to think on it, to chew on it, and you're also gonna have a challenge attached to it. Some of the challenges you're gonna be able to do in maybe just five minutes, some of the challenges are gonna take you a little longer. We wanna reinforce those good habits in your homeschool experience.We wanna help remind you that homeschooling is a unique opportunity, and we wanna put that into practice in a way that also not only helps you grow and encourages your family, but also blesses others. So let's make it happen, baby. You give the quote, I give the scripture, you provide the encouragement, my love, and then I'll wrap it up with a challenge.I know time flies, I know 2024 flew by, and yet it was marked with so many beautiful things, and that is God's goodness at work in you and through you, and you have that to look forward to in 2025. That's correct. So let's be reminded, let's be encouraged.Alistair Begg says, there is no one who is insignificant in the purpose of God. And so let's do on the following scripture verse, right? Just Psalm chapter five, verse 12 says, God's favor surrounds me as with a shield. That's right, it is January 1st.You can rest because God knows you, and you matter to him on January 1st, 2025, and on every single day. You are God's beloved in Christ, and you are surrounded by his favor. Now, beautiful people, here's the challenge.We need you to go out and build someone else up, right? We've wished you a wonderful new year. Not too sure if you're gonna hear this on January 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, whatever day it is, you need to go out and compliment three people today. The day you hear the episode, compliment three people.That's gonna bless the person that you're complimenting, but it's also gonna bless you. It's turning on the antennas, looking for something good to compliment. It could be a person's smile.It could be a warm greeting that they gave you. You can just genuinely say, hey, thanks so much. I appreciate that.Let that bless others, and let that also change you. Go out and enjoy God's favor surrounding you as a shield. We love you.Peace, beautiful people, homeschool community. Enjoy 2025.
